Digital service purchases

MatchMyResume sells one-time digital analysis services. Once a report has been generated and delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable.

Eligible exceptions

• Duplicate charges caused by payment processor error.
• Technical failure where no report was delivered and issue could not be resolved.
